For some reason I am not successful at making french toast so this is my alternative and lucky husband loves it!

Him: ‘this tastes like rich people french toast..I knew after tasting this you were the one’

Me: ‘but I just made this and we’ve been together for years’

Him: ‘yea I’ve been on the fence this whole time’


Annnyywayyss..back to the food lol. The original recipe is more than we ‘need’ to eat so I cut it in half for my family and it’s still plenty. I also don’t feel comfortable using 12 eggs for one dish..i’m like goodness gracious, that’s like a weeks worth of breakfast gone for one meal. The best part is you make it all the night before and in the morning just pop that bad boy in the oven while you handle your other morning businesses. I’ve only tried raspberries but I’m sure it would also taste great with blueberries, blackberries or cranberries.
